We will not send unsolicited mail or e-mails. We do not disclose your personal details and/or your e-mail address to third parties. If you have subscribed to our e-newsletter, you will find an "Unsubscribe" button on each of e-newsletter we send you. This will remove your e-mail address from our mailing list and you will no longer receive our e-newsletter. If you unsubscribe you will still receive e-mails specifically related to your online orders. You can, at any time, re-subscribe to our e-newsletter by subscribing on our www.personalbest.co.nz website. 3. Shopping PolicyThis site and its content is made available for the purpose of shopping online. By ordering a product on this website, you agree to pay for the products ordered at the purchase price, (confirmed in the order confirmation e-mail you will receive from us after placing your order on our website), and you agree not to cancel the order after you have placed your order. In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted. Personalbest.co.nz is a trading division of Personal Best Gifts. Together with your delivery, you will receive a Tax invoice issued by Personal Best Gifts NZ Ltd showing the product price, delivery charges (if any) and discounts (if any). We only ship to New Zealand addresses and our prices are all in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) 4. Money Back GuaranteeWe work hard to make sure your dispatched items exactly match your order and are free from any defects in quality and workmanship. In the unlikely event that any of the items you purchased from us do not meet the quality, workmanship or have the features expected, we will replace it or refund it (you choose) within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please return the product in its original condition with packaging and invoice. Please also include your bank details and reconfirm your address details for the refund/replacement. If you would like to upgrade your product, we will credit 100% of the payment towards the new product of a higher value within 1 month of the purchase. In this case, you should still return the original purchased product in its original condition with packaging and invoice. 5. WarrantiesOur products come with a 1 year warranty. Please keep the tax invoice you will receive with your delivery as proof of purchase. 6. DeliveryThe delivery charge (if any) is calculated as a fixed charge. You will see the full delivery charge before completing your purchase. The anticipated delivery time will be 2-3 working days after receipt of your payment unless an item ordered is out of stock in which case you will be notified of the expected additional delay within the usual expected delivery time. Please note that we use Fastway Couriers as our preferred courier company. Fastway Couriers does not provide an overnight delivery service to the South Island.
